Candidate Requirements
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology.
* Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience specifically in recruitment.
* Specialized Skills: Demonstrated expertise in handling mass recruitment projects and delivering same-day progress reports.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy, with advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel.
