As the company continues to expand its operations, we are inviting high-caliber professionals to join our corporate team. We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Officer to be based at our Karawang facility to support our workforce management and organizational growth.
## Core Responsibilities of the HR Officer
The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day functions of our Human Resources department. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of HR administrative tasks and supporting our commitment to employee well-being. Key duties include:
* Payroll Administration: Managing the end-to-end payroll process, including calculating monthly salaries, processing variable allowances, and managing overtime, bonuses, and business trip claims.
* Benefits and Compliance: Overseeing BPJS registrations, managing medical claims, and handling employee loan reconciliations in full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.
* Data Management: Collecting and verifying attendance, absenteeism, and performance data to ensure 100% accuracy in financial reporting.
* Taxation: Managing income tax calculations and ensuring all salary deductions are processed accurately and on time.
* Strategic Support: Acting as the primary assistant to the Head of HR regarding monthly and periodic payroll matters, including liaising with overseas outsourced payroll providers.
## Required Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must possess a blend of technical proficiency and strong interpersonal abilities. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within the Human Resources function.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific mastery of complex Excel formulas for data processing and analysis.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English, high-level problem-solving capabilities, and strong time management skills.
* Industry Knowledge: A solid grasp of compensation and benefits principles is essential for success in this position.
