## 1. Tender Administrator (Placement: Batam, Riau Islands)
The Tender Administrator plays a critical role in managing bidding procedures and ensuring documentation accuracy for high-stakes projects within the energy sector.
Key Qualifications:
* Hold a Bachelor’s or Diploma III degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
* Possess a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the same role within the oil and gas industry.
* Thorough understanding of tender regulations, bidding documents, and complete procurement workflows.
* Exceptional analytical abilities coupled with high attention to detail and accuracy.
* Fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills with fluency in English.
## 2. Driver (Placement: Jabodetabek Area)
The Driver ensures safe, efficient transportation while maintaining company vehicles to the highest standards of operational readiness.
Key Qualifications:
* Minimum education requirement of Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent.
* Must possess a valid driving license (SIM) in active status.
* Comprehensive knowledge of the Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) region and surrounding areas.
* Proven knowledge of routine vehicle maintenance and general upkeep.
* Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude.
* Strong work ethic, absolute honesty, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
