1. Accounting Staff
We are looking for a meticulous professional to join our finance department to ensure accuracy and compliance in our financial reporting processes.
* Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
* Implement and develop knowledge of safety management systems within the accounting workflow.
* Maintain precise documentation and uphold company policies regarding financial integrity.
* Execute continuous improvement programs, including 5S initiatives.
* Proven experience in accounting or financial management.
* Proficiency in accounting software such as Accurate, Jurnal ID, SAP, or Zahir.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

2. Talent Acquisition Staff

* Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
* Collaborate with department heads to understand competency needs and business requirements.

* Manage the onboarding process in coordination with the broader HC team.

* Monitor environmental and occupational health compliance reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
* Draft and enforce HSE policies in strict accordance with national regulations.
* Lead the execution of 5S workplace management programs.
* Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 1 year of experience in implementing an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3).
* Required certifications: AK3U and familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
