## Available Positions
We are currently hiring for the following roles to be stationed at our site in the Routa District, Konawe Regency:
1. Deputy Chief of Mine Road Construction Management
We are looking for a hands-on leader to oversee the development and maintenance of our critical infrastructure.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing hauling road construction projects and ensuring site efficiency.
* Requirements:
* Proven professional experience in mine road construction.
* Strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
* Minimum educational background: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Must be willing to be stationed at the PT IKIP site.
2. Personnel Officer
This role is essential for maintaining our organizational efficiency and supporting our workforce.
* Key Responsibilities: Handling employee data, managing attendance records, and administering BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan schemes.
* Requirements:
* Previous experience in HR or personnel administration.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Accounting, or a related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
* Must be willing to be stationed at the PT IKIP site.
3. Heavy Equipment Operators
We are seeking skilled operators for various machinery to support our intensive mining and processing operations.
* Required Roles:
* Bulldozer Operator
* Land Grader Operator
* Excavator and Bulldozer Operator
* Excavator and Loader Operator
* Grader and Excavator Operator
* Requirements:
* Proven proficiency in operating heavy machinery.
* Documented field experience in the relevant role.
* Minimum educational background: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Must be willing to be stationed at the PT IKIP site.
