## The Role: Recruiter
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in West Jakarta. In this role, you will be the bridge between our company’s growth and the acquisition of top-tier talent. You will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards that define our organization.
Key Responsibilities
As a Recruiter, your daily contributions will directly influence the caliber of our workforce. Your primary responsibilities include:
* End-to-End Recruitment: Overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, from initial candidate screening to final onboarding.
* Psychometric Assessment: Conducting psychological testing and providing accurate scoring to ensure candidate-job alignment.
* Behavioral Interviewing: Executing professional interviews utilizing the Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) technique to assess core competencies.
* Reporting: Maintaining meticulous daily reports regarding recruitment progress and pipeline status.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a professional recruitment capacity.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated familiarity and experience in administering and interpreting various psychological testing tools.
* Logistics: The position is based in West Jakarta and requires a full-time, on-site presence (Full WFO).
