1. Industry 4.0 Officer (Karawang Plant)
* Responsibilities: Manage and implement IoT initiatives, develop digital solutions for product traceability, production monitoring, and AI-driven vision systems. You will track performance metrics and utilize A3 Problem Solving methodologies.
* Qualifications: Diploma (D3) in Mechatronics; minimum GPA 3.00/4.00; fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of professional experience.
2. Marketing Staff (Karawang Plant)
* Responsibilities: Execute market research, identify emerging consumer trends, cultivate new business leads, and foster strong client relationships to enhance market share and service quality.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Management, or Business; minimum GPA 3.00/4.00; fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience.
3. PPIC Officer (Semarang Plant)
* Responsibilities: Coordinate the lifecycle of material management, including receipt, storage, and distribution. You will oversee inventory accuracy, prepare logistics documentation, and conduct regular stock audits.
