Key Responsibilities
* Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customer requirements, focusing on the specialized handling of overweight, oversize, and heavy equipment shipments.
* Commercial Execution: Analyze cargo requirements, prepare competitive quotations, and ensure seamless order processing within our system.
* Operational Oversight: Monitor and expedite cargo movement, providing proactive updates to clients throughout the delivery lifecycle.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other internal departments to ensure documentation, scheduling, and cargo readiness are perfectly aligned.
* Revenue & Relationship Management: Support revenue targets by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and actively pursuing new business prospects.
* Performance Reporting: Manage customer disputes, monitor aging accounts, and generate detailed reports on project progress and financial performance.
Required Qualifications
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
* Industry Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within the coal mining or logistics sectors.
* Professional Skills:
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-collaboration capabilities.
* Advanced analytical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
