* Orchestrate and execute comprehensive land acquisition processes, involving direct coordination with property owners, local government bodies, and relevant land administration agencies (ATR/BPN).
* Verify and guarantee the unimpeded and clear legal status of all property assets.
* Prepare, scrutinize, and amend a variety of legal instruments, including contracts, agreements, and their respective addenda.
* Provide expert legal counsel and operational support to various business units on contractual affairs, encompassing assistance in negotiating terms with partners and vendors.
