Candidate Profile and Qualifications
We are looking for detail-oriented professionals who possess the integrity and analytical rigor required to uphold our corporate standards. Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on auditing.
* Technical Expertise: Proven proficiency in audit procedures, financial audits, internal control assessments, and risk assessment methodologies.
* Industry Advantage: Candidates with prior experience at a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) in a Senior Auditor or Supervisor capacity, particularly regarding financial statement audits, are highly encouraged to apply.
* Core Competencies:
* Demonstrated ability to prepare comprehensive audit working papers, identify findings, draft professional audit reports, and manage follow-up procedures.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
