## Job Specifications: Admin Project
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented candidate to support our ongoing infrastructure and operational projects. Below are the key requirements for the role:
Key Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of proven administrative experience within a manufacturing setting.
* Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project materials and the ability to manage comprehensive documentation administration.
* Bonus Skill: Proficiency in reading architectural and engineering drawings is a distinct advantage.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities, clear communication, and a proactive mindset.
* Work Location: Must be willing to be stationed on-site at our facility in Kendal, Central Java.
