## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of our operations, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Industry Experience: Prior experience in the mineral mining sector is highly preferred.
* Professional Tenure: A minimum of five years of relevant experience at the same level for Supervisor positions and above. A minimum of three years of experience for Staff positions.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Strong background in financial reporting and costing (Positions 4, 5, 6, 14).
* Expertise in COGS and COGM analysis (Positions 6, 14).
* Previous experience as an external auditor (Position 4).
* Proficiency in AutoCAD for road construction projects (Position 8).
* Experience in finance and logistics management (Position 12).
* Language Skills: Fluency in professional Mandarin is required for the Marketing & Shipping Manager role (Position 7).
* Regional Preference: Candidates residing in Sulawesi are prioritized for legal staff positions (Position 17).
