## General Candidate Qualifications
To support our continued growth, we are looking for ambitious, high-performing individuals to join our team in Karawang. Successful candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
* Skillset: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and coordination abilities.
* Language: Professional proficiency in English.
* Availability: Willingness to be stationed in Karawang, West Java.
* Background: Candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics are encouraged to apply, though fresh graduates are welcome.
## Current Open Positions
1. PPIC Logistic Senior Staff
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (GPA min 3.00), proficiency in MRP, Supply Chain, and Inventory Control.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing material planning and procurement based on lead times and operational demand; coordinating with suppliers and forwarders; optimizing inventory storage and accuracy; and driving KPI-based logistics improvements.
2. Production Senior Staff
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (GPA min 3.00), deep understanding of Line Balancing, Capacity Control, and Production Processes.
* Key Responsibilities: Overseeing daily production performance and output, coordinating cross-departmental issue resolution, and implementing continuous improvement strategies to boost productivity and process stability.
3. General Affair Senior Staff
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (GPA min 3.00), experience in Facility Management or Asset Management within a manufacturing environment.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing company assets, facilities, and procurement; overseeing vendor relationships and external communications; supervising daily office operations; and making strategic decisions regarding asset maintenance and budget allocation.
4. QC Engineering Staff
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering (GPA min 3.00), strong ability to interpret technical drawings and familiarity with jigs, tools, and QC infrastructure.
* Key Responsibilities: Executing quality project timelines, maintaining and calibrating factory tooling, managing measuring equipment, and generating detailed quality evaluation reports.
5. QC Inspection Staff
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering (GPA min 3.00), skilled in using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) and interpreting quality documentation (Control Plans, SOPs).
* Key Responsibilities: Monitoring production lines via SPC controls, performing corrective and preventive actions for quality issues, managing incoming material quality, and ensuring compliance with audit standards.
