<h4>Key Responsibilities:</h4>

<h4>Core Duties:</h4>

<li>Oversee the diligent implementation of HSE procedures in the field, encompassing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage, housekeeping standards, and safety signage.</li>
<li>Conduct routine inspections, comprehensive HSE audits, and observational assessments of safe work behaviors.</li>
<li>Develop and disseminate vital safety information through toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and other essential safety training programs.</li>
<li>Investigate workplace accidents or environmental incidents thoroughly, compiling detailed reports and actionable recommendations for corrective measures.</li>
<li>Manage all critical HSE documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Permits to Work (PTW), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and inspection forms.</li>
<li>Coordinate proactively with operational and project teams to ensure HSE aspects are meticulously integrated into all work activities.</li>
<li>Report monitoring results and proposed improvements to superiors and/or the central HSE department.</li>
<li>Maintain stringent compliance with governmental regulations (e.g., K3 Law, Ministerial Regulations on Environment) and internal company standards.</li>

<h4>Candidate Profile:</h4>

<li>Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health (K3), or Public Health.</li>
<li>Physically and mentally healthy, with excellent communication skills.</li>
<li>Holds a Class A driving license (SIM A).</li>
<li>A certified AK3U (Expert in Occupational Safety and Health) from the Ministry of Manpower is preferred.</li>

<li>Organize goods storage meticulously according to FIFO/FEFO principles and warehouse layout, ensuring tidiness and adherence to K3 (Occupational Safety & Health) standards.</li>
<li>Perform regular cycle counts and periodic stock opname, reconciling physical inventory with system records (ERP/WMS/Excel).</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with Procurement and Logistics/Driver teams regarding goods arrival and dispatch schedules to prevent stockouts.</li>
<li>Manage and systematically archive all operational warehouse documents.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Required Competencies:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering.</li>
<li>Comprehensive understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), FIFO/FEFO principles, stock opname procedures, and warehouse K3 regulations.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with WMS/ERP systems is a significant advantage.</li>
