## Current Career Openings at Gistex Group
We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill various roles across our production, IT, education, and administrative divisions in Bandung and Purwakarta.
Administrative and Operational Roles
* Admin Production (Purwakarta): Must hold a D3 degree and possess proficiency in SAP to manage production data, reporting, and departmental support.
* Staff Continuous Improvement: Requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to drive operational excellence.
* Recruitment Specialist (Bandung): A degree in Psychology is required to manage end-to-end talent acquisition and build strong internal partnerships.
* Staff Purchasing (Bandung): Seeking candidates with a business or engineering background and SAP experience to manage supplier relations and procurement.
* Staff Accounting (Bandung): Requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Economics with the ability to manage financial reporting and SAP systems.
Technical and Engineering Positions
* Head of Utility (Purwakarta): Requires 5–10 years of experience in facility management (Boilers, HVAC, WWTP) and a degree in Engineering.
* Supervisor Maintenance (Bandung/Purwakarta): Technical experts with experience in textile machinery, specifically water jet looms and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
* Supervisor WWTP: Candidates with an Environmental or Civil Engineering background to oversee wastewater treatment operations.
* Project Manager: Requires experience in large-scale industrial construction and proficiency in project management software.
* Operator Production & Maintenance: Open to SMA/SMK graduates with experience in shift systems and, specifically for maintenance roles, expertise in water jet looms.

* IT SAP ABAP Specialist: Requires at least 3 years of experience in full-lifecycle SAP projects for large-scale organizations.
* IT Staff Functional SAP (SD, FICO, PP): Specialized roles for those with 3+ years of experience in S/4Hana configuration and business problem-solving.
* Mandarin Translator (Bandung): Open to applicants with strong communication skills in Mandarin and Indonesian.
